Return and Exchange Policy

This policy will guide customers on how to return or exchange products if they are dissatisfied:

  • Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

    • Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
    • Products must be unused and in original packaging (e.g., tags, seals, boxes).
    • For hygiene reasons, opened or used electronic products (such as power banks, phone cases) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
  • How to Return or Exchange:

    • Step 1: Contact our customer service team via email or through our website’s contact form within 30 days of receiving your product.
    • Step 2: Provide the order number, product details, and reason for the return/exchange.
    • Step 3: Our customer service will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide instructions on how to return the product.
  • Refunds and Exchanges:

    • If you opt for a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method once we receive the returned product.
    • If you request an exchange, we will send the replacement item once the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Shipping Costs:

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or we made an error in the order.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Gift cards, downloadable software, and clearance items (if applicable) are not eligible for return.
  • Damaged or Defective Products:

    • If your product is defective, damaged during shipping, or the wrong item was shipped, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
